Taskbar Previewer

Background

When you start having multiple programs opened, your taskbar becomes quickly a bit crowded and you then start having trouble remembering which is which. One way to deal with this is to use an enhanced task switcher such as the one recommended by Kerkia. Another solution however is to install a small tool that shows you a preview of the task main window when you hover the mouse on its corresponding icon in the taskbar.

Recommendations

Well, Visual Task Tip does exactly this. It supports pretty much all types of windows and programs, though we saw it failing on some specific programs, rarely and in an inconsistent manner; nothing that would alter its value anyway.
